How South West Water used blur to test their new app…

South West Water was created in 1989 through the privatisation of the water industry and forms one of the UK’s 10 regional water authorities. More than 700,000 households and 70,000 business rely on them to deliver clean drinking water and safely dispose of waste water 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Challenge

To test South West Water’s new mobile app across multiple iOS devices and account profiles, using a pre-written test script. Objectivity was critical alongside the need to provide a blueprint for future testing.
