Leading UK mobile company, O2 has just launched Giffgaff – the worlds first crowdsourced, SIM only, mobile phone operator (MVNO). Customer service, marketing and adverstising is all delivered by the crowd (volunteer consumers) allowing them to reduce costs and offer cheaper mobile services. It’s the future!
